Hi there, Y-Lan!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'd love to assist you with your question regarding the
promotional 3-Day and 4-Day Park Hopper Tickets for members of the U.S. Military. Since my husband is an active duty service member, we always make use of this generous offer. These tickets can be purchased at your local military base ticket office by either the active duty service member or spouse. When you arrive to the parks the first day, everyone must enter with either the service member or spouse (with appropriate military ID). After you all activate your tickets at the gate, the service member or spouse does not need to enter with the rest of the party for the remainder of the trip. As a spouse, I have been able to use these tickets without my husband present by just showing my dependent ID at time of activation. Keep in mind that the service member or spouse must be one of the people entering the park with the rest of the party and cannot just be there solely to let other members of the party in by showing ID.
You are allowed to purchase up to 6 of these tickets currently for the 2018 offer per active duty service member. What I love about these special tickets is that they do not expire in the same way
standard Disneyland Resort park tickets do. Regular park tickets purchased from the Resort have to be used within 13 days of activation. These military tickets just have to be used at the end of the promotional period. I love this because with a 4-Day Park Hopper Ticket, I can utilize 2 days one weekend, and come back in a couple months to use the other 2 days as long as it is within the eligible ticket window for 2018.
I hope this helps, and I can't wait for you to enjoy the magic of a Disneyland Resort vacation!
