Are the military discount rooms available yet fr 2023?

    Hiya, Erin!

Thank you for sending this Disneyland Resort planning question to us hEAR at planDisney!

This is a great question, one that I know many U.S. Military families are anxiously awaiting. (And the many MilFam panelists, too!) Because the 2021 and 2022 Disney Military Promotional Park Hopper Ticket and room discounts were combined and released in 2021, we on the West Coast didn't have to deal with this kind of delayed announcement last yEAR. However, the 2022 Mil details for Walt Disney World Resort weren't released until early (EAR-ly? Is that too much of a stretch?) November 2021, so in my mind we still have some hope to see these 2023 pixie-dusted deals still pop up. Be sure to double-check the Special Offers & Discounts tab on the Disneyland Resort.com website every now and then, or feel free to write back in a few weeks to see if we've hEARd anything new. Be sure to also keep up with the Disney Parks Blog as they usually announce this kind of news; you can even follow them across all of your social media channels so you'll never miss the newest Disney Parks news!

Another option is that you could go ahead and call the Disneyland Resort Hotel Reservation Helpline to both ask if they know anything or to go ahead and reserve your desired Disney dates. This way you'll already have a bed for your head during the timeframe that you're planning on visiting, and bonus, if and when hotel deals are announced you should be able to call back and ask to apply this discount to your already held room. (Room-Only Disneyland Resort Hotel reservations only require a deposit equal to one night's stay, and that will transfer should you need to switch your dates up a bit.) Their phone number is (714) 956-6425.

I'm so sorry that this wasn't the answer you were sEARching for, but hopefully it gives you a bit of hope. Be sure to follow the official planDisney Panel Instagram account where we're sharing all kinds of tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
