    is the military discount available to veterans or just active duty and retired

    Hello again, Bernard! On behalf of my fellow planDisney panelists, thank you for your service!

    Military discounts for the Walt Disney World theme parks, as well as hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection, are available for active-duty military personnel, retired service members, and disabled veterans. If you think you might qualify you can visit a local military base to inquire about your eligibility for Walt Disney World Resort discounts. Just be sure to have your military ID with you.

    In the event that you don’t qualify for a military promotional discount, you might want to check the special offers that are available to Guests! These money-saving deals can be found on the Walt Disney World Resort website under the “Places to Stay” tab! These offers can end up saving you quite a bit on your vacation!
