    Can military dependents purchase park hopper passes with the military discount with an ID card?

    The discounts offered to eligible military personnel are definitely worth writing home about, right Carol?  The website gives specific details as to who can purchase these tickets.  It states:

    Disney Military Promotional Tickets may be purchased at participating U.S. military sales outlets ONLY by Eligible Service Members (defined below) or their spouses (but not both), for use by themselves and other family members and friends, as provided herein. These tickets may not be otherwise transferred, distributed or resold.

    With that in mind, the answer to your question is that certain military dependents are indeed eligible to purchase the discounted tickets.  That is: spouses.  Child dependents are not eligible to purchase the tickets, even with an ID.  You can read all the details HERE.  I hope that helps.
