Dear Shae, thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question. Also, I humbly thank you for your service.
Let’s see if we can figure this out together.
Each Guest needs both a
ticket and
park reservation for each day of their visit. I assume your wife has both a ticket and park reservation already.
The first thing you can try to do is make a park reservation using the military ticket you purchased. If you already have a
Disneyland account, you can link your ticket to your account. Or, it might be easier if your wife tries to link your ticket as she already has an account. She can do this by logging in to the
Disneyland mobile app, going to Tickets and Passes, and entering your ticket ID number to link your ticket.
Next, she will need to look for a reservation for you. Within the app, she can click the “+” at the bottom of the screen and select “Make a Park Reservation.” Then, click the blue button labeled “Make Park Reservations” and follow the instructions.
As of now, unfortunately, I don’t see any reservations available for September 19, whether you use your military ticket or purchase a new ticket. But I would keep checking, as
reservation availability can change quickly when Guests cancel reservations due to a change in plans.
If you still need help, you might want to
contact Ticket Services via phone today to assist you. I am sending you many good wishes and pixie dust to find a reservation, Shae.
