Hi! On mid-July my sister and I will have a trip to Disney. Yay! Although we'll be at Pop for a week, we'll be at the parks for two days. What else can we do for the rest of our stay? (She's 29, I'm 31). Also, is there any breakfast at the parks? Thanks!

    Hi Iliana,

Thanks so much for directing your question to the Moms Panel. Disney's Pop Century Resort is our family's favorite Value Resort at Walt Disney World. There's so much to do right in the resort that you could spend a whole day or two enjoying the pools, purchasing souvenirs and more in Everything Pop Shopping and Dining, or just checking out each section of the resort and their decade decorations. You can even order pizza right to your room!

On your down days from the parks, I would suggest that you and your sister venture into Downtown Disney for some fun. The House of Blues, The West Side Lawn and Cap'n Jack's Margarita Bar all provide live music.

There's AMC Movies at Downtown Disney, which is also a Fork & Screen Dine-in theater. You could have a full meal while catching a flick.

As for breakfast in the theme parks, there are quite a few amazing places to eat a Mickey Waffle and more. If you're looking for a lighter breakfast, Starring Rolls in Disney's Hollywood Studios. They have some of the best breakfast pastries, but your morning cappuccino. If they have chocolate croissants, make sure to grab two! Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom is one of the most coveted places for character dining, especially for breakfast. The omelet station is very popular, but all of the food offered is delectable. You will want to make an advance dining reservation, due to the popularity of this restaurant.

I hope this answered your question, Iliana. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask at any time. Have a magical day!
