Happy Halloween, Kacey! The announcement that
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is returning in 2026 for another year of ghoulishly good times is great news! My sons trick-or-treating through Magic Kingdom dressed as Huey, Dewey, and Louie (with my wife as Daisy and me as Donald) is one of my favorite Disney memories!
You are correct that Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticketholders can begin entering
Magic Kingdom at 4:00 PM. However, party ticketholders can’t use
Lightning Lane, as party tickets are not eligible for Lightning Lane purchases or selections. The only way you’d be able to purchase Lightning Lanes during the 4:00 to 7:00 PM timeframe would be if you were also a regular ticketholder. I don’t recommend adding that extra expense. Attraction queues during the party tend to get shorter the later it gets. Riding the attractions up until the midnight hour is a great way to experience some of the most popular rides at Magic Kingdom! And don't forget, you can get into a queue for an attraction just before the clock strikes midnight and still ride the attraction even though the party ends at midnight!
Kacey, here is a treat and not a trick for you! Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade normally runs twice during the party. I recommend going to the second parade, as the heavier crowds have thinned quite a bit by then. Use the time during the first parade to experience attractions!
Have a hauntingly happy visit to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Kacey!
Dreams do come true!
