    Going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party what time should we have dinner at the Kona Cafe and still make it to the party by 7

    Hi Jasmine,

    Kona Cafe is literally a Monorail or boat shuttle ride away from the Magic Kingdom!  In the past, my family had reservations at 5:00 p.m. at 'Ohana's, which is also located at Disney's Polynesian Resort, and we had enough time to get to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  I hope this helps!
