For the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party, do adults pay admission or do you pay just for the children over 2? Does the park close early on those days? Is there still a firework show?

    Hi Amanda,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for sending us your question.  Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my absolute favourite Special Event at Walt Disney World Resort, you are going to love it!

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a Special Event that takes place at Magic Kingdom Park on select evenings during the fall.  All guests ages three and older do require separate admission to the event and there is plenty of Not-So-Scary fun to be had for guests of all ages. On party nights, Magic Kingdom Park closes early, allowing exclusive access to guests attending that evening's event.  Cast Members have been allowing guests with Tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party entry into Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00, even though the Party does not officially begin until 7:00.  Please keep in mind that early entry is always subject to change, and is not guaranteed.

For me, my favouite part of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is the Happy HalloWishes Fireworks Show that is shown only on party nights.  The Boo-to-You Halloween Parade is also not to be missed, and my daughter won't ever leave without Trick-or-Treating throughout Magic Kingdom Park.  There is so much to do, we always leave wanting to visit again!

I hope you have a "SPOOKTACULAR" time at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Amanda.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
