Hi, we are going to the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and we are planning on buying the one day memory maker. Is there a military discount dor the one day pass?? Thank you!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Yaritza!

The main mouse really knows how to throw a party, and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is hands-down my favorite special event at the Walt Disney World Resort. I cannot WAIT to be standing on Main Street, U.S.A. with my family as magical snow drifts down! It’s the most wonderful time of the yEAR and there is so much festive fun waiting for you!

Yaritza, mine is also a military family, and we are so grateful for the Special Offers available to U.S. military members when visiting Walt Disney World. While there is a military discount on the regular Memory Maker, there is not a discount on Memory Maker One Day. Currently, Memory Maker is $98 for military members, while Memory Maker One Day is $69; note that prices are subject to change. If you decide to purchase the military-discounted regular Memory Maker, simply visit a Walt Disney World theme park ticket window, show your valid and active military ID, and the Cast Member will get you all set up to preserve those magical memories.

There are so many fun photo opportunities at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, so be sure to stop at as many PhotoPass photographers as you can! My favorite photo from last year’s party was a Magic Shot of my family with my very favorite Disney characters – Santa’s reindeer from Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade. I love those guys AND I love that picture! It brings a smile to my face every time I see it!

Enjoy every minute of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! As you count down the days until your visit, be sure to read the Disney Parks Blog for the latest party details – that way, you can make your must-see, must-do, and must-eat lists, check them twice, and get ready to ring in the season!

Wishing you a merry and magical vacation,
