Season’s Greetings, Jessica!
Welcome to planDisney and Happy Holidays! I, too, have tickets to
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this year, and I cannot wait! It will be my second party, but my family’s first. So I am very eager to see their reaction to this night filled with holiday magic.
Similar to you, I don’t want to miss anything! So while the schedule of shows isn't visible yet, I did find that the fireworks are scheduled for 10:00 P.M., subject to change. What we ended up doing was scheduling a dining reservation close to the party start time. Our reasoning behind this is, we will be fed and ready to party. Of course, there’s always room for sweet treats and other seasonal offerings. Something I did at my last party was bring an empty plastic container in my backpack to store all my cookies from the party in. That way, I had room to eat the party-exclusive treats and used the cookies for snacks throughout the rest of our trip. I even managed to bring some home for my family! Of course, this year, I won’t have to save any because they will be right there with me, enjoying them.
I recommend checking the
online calendar for event times during the parties leading up to your party night. Otherwise, I know the wait can be hard, but hang tight until that party guide map is in your hands. To maximize your party times, I recommend avoiding scheduling anything during the party hours, unless it’s a party-exclusive Enchanting Extra. Something like
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace might be a great option! You can also book
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing. Both happen during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and are the perfect way to enjoy the show with a sweet treat.
Jessica, I hope this helps. If there’s anything else we can help with, please don’t hesitate to ask. Have the best trip and an enchanting time at the party!
‘Tis the Season,
Shantel
