Hi, there!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Susanna. We're always glad when you stop by!
I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays. The only thing that could make the "Most Magical Place on Earth" more magical is CHRISTMAS! And that's certainly true of
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party - it's the jolliest holiday party you'll ever attend. While
dining experiences are available during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, I don't recommend booking one. Be Our Guest Restaurant, Cinderella's Royal Table, and The Crystal Palace are fantastic restaurants and I love them each, but the restaurant menus remain the same during the ticketed event, and there is so much to see and do and EAT during the party, that I wouldn't want to miss a minute for a dining reservation. I recommend an early dinner before the party starts with plans to snack around Magic Kingdom Park once the party is in full swing. Last year, my friends from the Disney Parks Moms Panel and I stuffed ourselves full with (complimentary!) holiday treats. I especially loved the ginger molasses cookies and eggnog served in Liberty Square - oh my goodness, YUM! Shortly before the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, though, we did get a hankering for something with a bit less sugar. We stopped by Casey's Corner for hot dogs and french fries which we ate an outdoor table while enjoying the holiday atmosphere on Main Street, U.S.A.
I hope this was helpful, Susanna. Please visit us again with any new questions you may have about your magical visit!
