Does "Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Dining" include both the entry to the party and the dinning? Or do you have to buy tickets to MVMCP first?

Hello Christine and thanks for bringing your valued question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Oh how I love talking about Christmas in June and better still talking about a Disney style Christmas in June!  Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is the star on top of my Christmas wish list of festive activities and I just can't wait to attend this coming Holiday Season.
I'm happy to share with you that Guests should first purchase tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party prior to securing Advanced Dining Reservations for restaurants within the Magic Kingdom Park which are included in Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Dining.
So in answer to your question, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Dining does not also include entrance to the separately ticketed event Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party which is held on select nights this coming November and December.
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your Christmastime plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort please do pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
