You're correct that there are no showtimes listed for Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire from July 7 through July 14, which does indicate that the show is pausing. Disney hasn't released any official information around the reason for this pause, however. Show times are always subject to change, so keep an eye open to see if anything gets added. If so, you'll see it on the
Walt Disney World website and in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App.
Even if the show isn't being performed during your visit, there will be no shortage of entertainment options in Magic Kingdom. Some of my favorites include the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade (Maleficent is awe-inspiring),
The Dapper Dans, the
Casey's Corner Pianist,
Happily Ever After fireworks spectacular (watch for Tinker Bell flying across the sky) and
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away nighttime parade (keep an eye out for Peter Pan and Wendy taking flight through the London sky).
