    For Mickey's Halloween party, will we need to pick up separate bands for enterance or will they be on our magic bands? We are staying at all star movies resort from oct 8-11. However we are checking out and coming back to the Halloween party on Oct 12.

    Hi Nicole!

    It is great that you are staying another day to enjoy the wonderful Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in the Magic Kingdom park. When you enter the park you will be given a special wristband that each member of your party msut wear during this event. This allows the cast members to know that you are indeed a party member and will be allowed on the attractions, in the dining areas, and in the shops.

    All other guests will be expected to leave the park by 7pm and cast members walk and clear the park of anyone not wearing the wristband. Guests have tried to sneak and stay to watch the parade but if they are seen they are asked to leave so the wristband is very important to wear. Cast members will ask to see it on occasion.

    I suggest you make some dining reservations for that night in the park if possible. That way you can enter and eat before the party begins and save the party time for the fun. If you can't get a reservation at this time you can always head to some of the great quick service spots. My favorite is Columbia Harbor House. Head there a couple of hours early and enjoy dining until the fun begins!
