Mickey's grand welcome is it worth the money

    Hi there Belinda!

Several panelists and I just returned from an amazing Disney trip and experienced the Grand Welcome package.  Mickey's Grand Welcome is just one of a number of fabulous "In-Room Celebrations" that are available at www.disneyflorist.com .  Obviously determining whether a particular package fits into your budget is a personal decision, but I will say that we were all amazed and equally giddy over how wonderful a surprise this would be for anyone staying at a Disney resort.

The Grand Welcome package is based on the idea that Mickey knew you were coming (his footprints are on the floor as you enter your room) and left a huge box filled with treats to help make your stay extra magical.  The package includes a 32 inch stuffed plush Mickey, a "Celebrate" banner and balloon decorations.  Selections vary, but our package included a personalized blanket (ours said "Disney Moms Panel"), signed autograph book and Disney frame.  In addition, we were greeted by a Disney book and a tin filled with yummy krispie treats.  A light up mini Tinkerbell was also hanging in the room and there was Mickey confetti everywhere.

The Disney florist has a huge assortment of In-Room Celebrations in a variety of price ranges.  The Grand Welcome is definitely a "grand" way to add a bit of pixie dust to your trip.  I would absolutely recommend this or any other celebration.

    Have a wonderful trip!
