Ahoy, Kim!
Welcome aboard planDisney! You and your crew are so close to kicking off your Very Merrytime
adventure on the Fantasy, and with December right around the corner, the countdown must feel a bit like watching Anna pace around waiting for Elsa’s coronation—full of anticipation and ready for the doors to finally open!
Now, onto the big question:
Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party. I wish I could wave a magic wand and give you a definite yes, but I can’t guarantee it will appear on every itinerary. When my crew and I sailed on the Treasure back in March, it popped up like a delightful surprise from the Genie—unexpected, energetic, and instantly a family favorite. So I completely understand wanting that same chance to twirl, jump, and color-splash your way through the night with Mickey and friends.
Here’s the good news wrapped in a little holiday ribbon: one of the recent 5-night Very Merrytime Fantasy sailings did feature Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party. If they keep the trend going, I’d say there’s a solid chance it could appear on your sailing too. I can’t promise it, but if I were making an educated guess (channeling my inner Mama Odie), I’d say keep an eye on Day 2, especially around that early-evening sweet spot around 7:30 PM.
Once you’re onboard, be sure to set sail into the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. That’s where all the latest entertainment and activity updates will appear—like your very own Captain Amelia–approved compass guiding you through each magical moment.
And since we’re already talking fun, here’s your current lineup of theme nights so you can plan your outfits and moods accordingly:
• Day 2 (at sea) – Optional Dress-up Night
• Day 3 (Nassau) –
Pirate Night• Day 4 (Lookout Cay) –
Mickey & Minnie’s Holiday PartyI hope this helps you chart out what to expect and keeps the excitement rolling like a sleigh gliding across fresh snow. May your sailing be packed with color, cheer, and more memorable moments than Scrooge McDuck has gold coins.
Sea ya real soon as the tides turn toward thankful hearts and joyful journeys,
Dustin
