Is the Mickeys Christmas party at MK worth the extra money if I have a 5 year old boy who refuses to take pictures with Characters and a 4 month old? Besides the decorations and parade is there anything that would justify that extra cost?

    Hi Janelle,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Difficult for me to answer because I'm such a fan of  Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Me and my family, we love Christmas and with Disney Characters involved, what's not to like? But you are with a small baby, that probably will get cranky or will be sleeping throughout the party. Your older one doesn't like to take pictures with the characters and probably will be tired too. I think you should read some review to help you figure this out by yourself. For me, this is my favorite special event and it puts me right into the season spirit. Be able to see Santa closing the parade with the snow falling at Main Street is unforgettable. I hope you decide on going. Experience for yourself. Check Touring Palns for a great review.
    Merry Christmas to you!

    Have fun at WDW!
