At Mickey's Christmas Party in Disney World, is there a place where our kids can meet Santa and get their picture with him and tell him what they want for Christmas?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Shannon!

You're going to love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) at the Magic Kingdom! I just love seeing it snow on Main Street.

Santa is there for MVMCP.  During past events, I've seen him in the Candy Cane Garden between the Main Street Chamber of Commerce and City Hall. Keep in mind that Santa does not appear during Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade because he's the Grand Finale.

I am not sure when you plan to visit Disney World but typically just before Thanksgiving, Santa begins appearing at other locations other than MVMCP.  In past years, we've seen Santa at Downtown Disney in front of the World of Disney Store. Santa and Mrs. Claus also appear next to the American Adventure in the World Showcase at Epcot. You can also see him at the Magic Kingdom on non-MVMCP event days in the Candy Cane Garden as well.  If your trip is just before or after Thanksgiving, be sure to check the Times Guides for Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Downtown Disney to confirm appearance times and locations for the Jolly Man himself.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions. Its our pleasure to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical holiday memories :-) Allison V.
