For the Mickeys backyard bbq at Fort Wilderness, is it assigned seating or sit where ever? We have reservations and friends also have reservations for same day and wanting to sit together.

    Hi there Greg,

You guys are gonna have a root in' tootin' good time at Mickey's Backyard BBQ!  The grub is great and if you love the Disney characters, this hoedown gives you the chance to get up close and personal with the whole gang!

Seating for this event is not reserved in advanced.  Guests will lineup prior to showtime and will be seated in the order that they arrive.  The seating setup consists of long tables with picnic style benches and the sooner you arrive the better chance you have of snagging a spot nearest the stage and dance floor!

If you would like to be seated with your friends, I suggest arriving early and standing in line together!  Let the hostess know when you check-in that you would like to be seated together!  Although it cannot be guaranteed, I can assure you that they'll do everything they can to make it happen!  You may also want to call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE prior to your reservation date to have them notate your file with both reservation numbers so they know your wish is to be seated together!

    Best Wishes,
