    I am going to mickeys backyard bbq on a day that we are not going to a park. We are staying off site in Davenport. What is the easiest and fastest way to get there?

    As they say in wilderness "Howdy Jennifer!" and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where it's our pleasure to assist you with your upcoming plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
    You're sure to have a rootin' tootin' time with Mickey and pals at Mickey's Backyard BBQ at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground during your stay in the Orlando area and I'm happy to share that all Guests with a confirmed Advanced Dining Reservation are welcome to drive their own vehicle to The Fort and receive complimentary self Parking in the Outpost Depot parking lot before taking an internal Fort Wilderness Resort bus to the Settlement Depot close by to the Fort Wilderness Pavilion where the BBQ is held.  
    My top tip is to be sure to allow for plenty of travel time between destinations as Guests attending Mickey's Backyard BBQ should plan to arrive at least 50 minutes prior to the scheduled BBQ start time as seating usually begins 20 minutes ahead of schedule.
