    Does Mickey still make phone calls? We're taking our grandson to Disney, he lives in another state and thought it would be fun for him to hear Mickey and be told about his trip this way.

    Howdy Pat!

    It's wonderful to hear you will be taking your grandson on a grand adventure soon! It sounds like a practically perfect vacation for both of you. 

    While I'm not aware of Mickey being able to call his arriving Guests, as a panelist, I was able to try out a new experience available from the Disney Store, called Countdown to Fun! The name was exactly what arrived. My kids loved finding the clues and following them to where the boxes of fun were hidden. Inside was a magical treasure helping prepare or excite us about our upcoming vacation. Our favorite part of the Countdown to Fun was the special number inside each box so that we could call and listen to a message from Mickey Mouse. My kiddos squealed with excitement listening to Mickey let us know how he excited he was for our upcoming vacation. It's a perfect way to get your grandson excited to see his favorite pal!
