Hi Leslie!
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so excited to see you're planning another visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
Leslie, as a mom of three, I know just how important it is to find meals on vacation that are not only delicious but also nutritious for my children. Kids' meals marked as "Disney Check Meals" meet
Disney's nutritional guidelines, which promote fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and other healthy ingredients, while limiting saturated fats, sugars, and sodium. You'll find options that meet these standards available at many dining locations throughout the theme parks and at various Disney Resort hotels.
planDisney Pro Tip -
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering is available at most Quick-Service dining locations, so you can save time waiting in line and spend more time enjoying your vacation!
As you continue planning your trip, keep in mind that
advanced dining reservations open 60 days before your visit. If you're staying at a
hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, you can make reservations for the entire length of your stay
beginning 60 days before your check-in date. I typically like to plan one Table-Service meal per day and keep the rest of our time more flexible. I also can't help but book at least one
character meal each trip. They are always a highlight for our family with the combination of a delicious meal and the chance to say "hi" to some of our favorite Disney friends!
I hope this information has been helpful, Leslie, and that you enjoy making wonderful memories at
The Most Magical Place on Earth! If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney - we're all ears!
Cheers!
Kristi
