    Michelle, you've stayed in Garden Wing @ Contemp. What's walking time to MK? DH, DD (5 1/2 next May) & I want to be able to get to MK quick. Contemp is cheapest on monorail. Garden is cheapest @ Contemp. Priority is location & price.

    Hi there,

    I have only stayed in the tower rooms at the Contemporary, but the walk to the Magic Kingdom was only about 10 minutes or less.  If it fits within your budget, I would highly recommend it.  I personally think its the best resort at WDW, but I love the theme and design.  If Contemporary design isn't your thing, you may find the Polynesian or the Grand Floridian more enjoyable.
