Hi Eric, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by to see us. It's always such a pleasure to chat about Walt Disney World with my fellow Floridians!
Eric, I'm so sorry you're having trouble making your Disney Park Pass reservations. Let's check a couple of things that could be causing your issues and see if we can help get you on the way to the magic!
First, I want to touch on the basics. As Disney continues its
phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Resorts, each Guest will need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation before entering a Theme Park. In order to make a reservation, you'll first need a valid ticket. It sounds like you have that part covered since you got a confirmation for your purchase. Next, you need to have a
My Disney Experience account. It's free to sign up, and it will help you keep track of everything from Disney Park Pass reservations to
Mobile Ordering for quick eats. Your My Disney Experience account is truly your key to the World!
Okay, one more quick check before we start making your reservations. We'll need to take a look at the
Availability Calendar to make sure there are openings on the days you plan to visit. On the calendar page, you should see three different tabs for "Disney Resort Guests," "Annual Passholders," and "Theme Park Tickets Guests." Select the one that applies to you (probably Theme Park Tickets Guests if you bought a
Florida Resident ticket). If the day you're looking to visit is green, all Theme Parks are available. If you see yellow, it means at least one Park is all booked up that day, but others are still available. If the day is shaded in gray, no Parks are available. You listed March 11 as your arrival day, which is shaded yellow as I write this because Disney's Hollywood Studios has no availability. But you can still visit one of the three other Theme Parks, so let's make a plan!
Next, make sure you're logged in to your My Disney Experience account and go to the
Disney Park Pass page. Create your party, select the date and the Theme Park you want to visit, then hit "Confirm." Do the same for the rest of your vacation, and you're all set!
If you're still having trouble making Disney Park Pass reservations, I'd
call Disney's Guest Services number to see if they can help you troubleshoot the issue.
I hope this helps you plan your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, Eric. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
