    Is MGM the same as Hollywood Studios?

    Hi Diane,

    Yes, it is still the same theme park, just a different name.  When I was there in December "2007" during the training trip for the Moms Panel, it was still called MGM Studios, and a few weeks later they had changed the name to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  The signage will look different when you see it next and of course the name.  Not all signs will be done right away...it will be a work in progress and will take a little while to complete.  Do not worry though, there are no significant changes, apart from some "new" attractions that will be arriving at some point, but everything else is still the same.  Hope this sheds some light for you!
