Welcome back to planDisney! It looks like you've picked one of my favorite combinations in the Disney Cruise Line lineup: the Disney Magic, the Mexican Riviera, and Halloween on the High Seas. That's a recipe for a cruise that's more loaded than Oogie Boogie's sack of tricks and treats!
I checked the current entertainment lineup for your sailing, and Pirate Night is currently scheduled for Day 5 while you're visiting Cabo San Lucas. The rest of your themed evenings are currently planned as follows:
• Day 2 (At Sea) –
Halloween on the High Seas• Day 3 (At Sea) – Formal Night
• Day 5 (Cabo San Lucas) –
Pirate Night• Day 6 (At Sea) – Semi-Formal Night
What I especially love about this itinerary is that the themed nights are spread throughout the sailing. Instead of everything being packed into the first few days, you get Halloween fun early in the voyage, Pirate Night later in the week, and a couple of
opportunities to dress up in between. It's almost like Disney knew Guests would need multiple chances to show off everything they packed in their suitcases!

Since you've sailed with Disney before, here's something I'd keep an eye on: the special Halloween character appearances. The Mouse-querade and trick-or-treating get most of the attention, but some of my favorite Halloween on the High Seas memories have come from stumbling across characters in their seasonal outfits. Those opportunities can pop up throughout the cruise, so it's worth checking the Navigator app each day to see who's making an appearance.
