I used to have the same issue while trying to book theme park reservations on my mobile devices, but lately, I have been able to secure reservations using my smartphone. Although I still prefer to make reservations online using my computer, it is very convenient to make reservations using my mobile devices anytime, anywhere.
I do not know what has solved the problems I had in the past, but now I can sign in to my Disney account using Safari to make Disney Park Pass Reservations. Have you already tried a different browser? I recommend trying once again to see if you are successful because I still had the same issues about two weeks ago, and now the system seems to be working just fine.
