I have no access to information on what happened as you tried
linking admission to your Disney account, but let me tell you that I have accidentally assigned tickets to another Guest in the past! I immediately reached out to the Guest and kindly asked the person to reassign the tickets back to me. For assistance with existing park tickets, I recommend calling (407) 566-4985. Please have your Disney account information and the ticket confirmation number handy so Cast Members may help you. I suggest calling early in the morning, at about 7:00 a.m. EST to avoid waiting on hold for a long time.
