Howdy, Frank! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you'll be feeling the wind in your hair on
The Incredicoaster and helping Spidey on a special mission on
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure in just a few short weeks! I hope it is your happiest trip to the Disneyland Resort yet! You also have some pretty impeccable timing, as a few of the beloved Nighttime Spectaculars are returning to the Disneyland Resort just before you arrive. On April 22, 2022,
World of Color,
Disneyland Forever and the
Main Street Electrical Parade are all making their triumphant return for Guests to enjoy! I hope you can find a cozy spot each evening to watch one of these breathtaking shows!
The error message you're receiving stating that the pass has reached its theme park reservation limit means that this particular ticket is maxed out for park reservations. If you purchased your tickets via the Disneyland Resort Website, you would have already made reservations at the time of your purchase. To locate these reservations, open up the
Disneyland Resort website and hover over the "My Disneyland" icon on the menu bar. When the drop-down menu appears, click "Tickets and Theme Park Reservations." Scroll down a bit and you'll see a section for "View My Park Reservations," where you'll find any active park reservations associated with your account.
If you're still having issues or do not see any park reservations listed, it may be best to summon the help of our Fairy Godparents! A Disneyland Cast Member should be able to help find the root of the issue. You can
call the Disneyland Ticket Line directly for the extra assistance!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
