Is the Very Merry Christmas Party worth the additional price?

    Hi Lynn,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another question.  Your question is great!  I absolutely love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, it one of my favourite special events at Walt Disney World Resort.  However, for me it depends on the age and personalities of your children to really decide if the special event is worth the extra expense.  If your children are a little older and can handle staying up late, I would definitely recommend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  Admission to the event is limited so it really does feel like the crowds are more manageable during one of the busiest times of the year.  Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is filled with holiday cheer and Holiday Wishes: Celebrate the Spirit of the Season is absolutely breathtaking!  There are many other highlights that in my eyes make this special event totally worth the added expense.  With that being said, if your children are not going to be able to stay for the duration of the party to experience the magical touches, it may be best to wait until they are able to enjoy the celebration.

I hope you you have a magical time at Walt a Disney World Resort Lynn.  Please let me know if you have any other questions as your vacation approaches.  I would be happy to help!
