I am going to the Very Merry Christmas Party, but I’m going to Hollywood Studios first. Can I park at Magic Kingdom and get to Hollywood Studios? How can I get to Hollywood Studios?

Hey there, Kristen, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question. It looks like you know the perfect way to kick off the holiday season! Not only does Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party give you the chance to catch Mickey in his Christmas garb, but it’s also filled with many magical surprises along the way.

Kristen, the short answer to your question is: yes! Buses begin running from Theme Park to Theme Park directly around 2 p.m. due to park hopping hours. So if you plan to arrive at Magic Kingdom Park after 2 p.m. you can board the bus directly to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. However, if you plan to arrive before 2 p.m. your travel path may be a bit more complex. After arriving at Magic Kingdom Park, I suggest jumping on the Monorail to one of the Monorail loop resorts. Disembark at one of these resort hotels and then board the bus from the resort hotel to Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

I want to make sure you know that you can always find resort directions in your My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you open the mobile app, there is a magnifying glass at the bottom of the screen. Click the magnifying glass and search for your desired destination. Click Get Directions and input your starting destination. The mobile app will then provide the available routes to get you to your destination!

I hope this helps, Kristen! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
