on mermory maker is says "Save And Download", but where does it download them to? Have tried looking on computor downloads but not there. From UK and MM was included in our ticket price.

    Hello, Diane!

Memory Maker is one of my must-do purchases for every Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Since I am a digital scrapbooker, it is so convenient to download my Memory Maker photos right to my laptop, so they are accessible whenever I need them.

When viewing photos via MyDisneyPhotopass.com, you will have the option after you edit a photo to Save and Download. These photos are then automatically sent to the My Downloads page where they will remain until you are ready to start the actual download process. If you have lots of photos, you may not want to download each photo individually, but choose to download everything in your account at once with just one click. The website will generate your photos into downloadable zipped files; this process can take a few minutes to hours depending on the number of photos and your internet speed. Once they are ready, then you should see a message that your photos have been created into zipped files ready to be downloaded to your computer. For additional assistance, you can contact PhotoPass Support by phone or email at disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com with your questions.

I hope this solves your problem, and you can soon download all of your unforgettable vacation memories. Please visit us again soon with any additional questions that may have.
