    How can I merge two accounts

    Depending on what all you are trying to do, the expert Cast Members on the Internet Helpdesk might be your best resource. The phone number is (407) 939-4357.

    If you are trying to link someone in your traveling party to your My Disney Experience account, you can easily do so by adding them to your Family & Friends list. Simply sign in to your account, click on "Add a Guest," and then you will answer a couple of questions, enter their contact information and a request will be sent to them.

    If, however, you have two accounts under your name and you are trying to merge those accounts into one, you definitely need to reach out to the Helpdesk. I had a similar situation and they were able to help me. They will review your accounts and make the needed changes. For me, they made one account my primary and the other I believe they changed to inactive. Since they worked their magic, my account has been so much easier to manage and I am so thankful for their assistance.

    It looks like you are arriving at Walt Disney World Resort today! I'm so excited for you! If you arrive before you are able to call the Helpdesk, you can also visit Guest Relations and they can assist you.
