How do we merge our family’s separate reservations?

    Hello there, Anne Marie!

Planning Walt Disney World Resort vacations with a large group is twice the fun. It’s always such a fun surprise to check the My Disney Experience mobile app to see what advanced dining reservations my group has made or to see who scored the first Lightning Lane selection for the day.

To see your whole party’s plans, you’ll want to add everyone to your Family & Friends List. I find that it’s easiest to do this on the My Disney Experience mobile app. When you open the app, press the three horizontal bars on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, scroll down and click “My Profile,” and select the Family & Friends List at the top to see who is currently linked to your account.

If your family doesn’t appear on your list, you can add them by selecting “Add a Guest.” The next screen will allow you to find them through current friends, enter their name and age, or scan their linking code on their My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you send the request to link up, everyone in your party will need to accept your invite and decide whether they want to share “All My Plans” or “Only Plans We Share.”

Now that everyone in your party is linked up press the three horizontal bars in the bottom right corner of the screen and “Future Plans.” You should be able to see all of your group reservations there. I hope these tips are helpful, Anne Marie! Feel free to come back if you have any other follow-up questions.

May the magic be with you!
