How do I merge to Disney experience apps? We have all family tickets on my husbands app. Now have all three out of four tickets on my app. I don’t see my ticket on either app anymore? Where did my ticket go?

    Hi Kelly,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!

Your family’s trip is almost here, how exciting! Since you’re no longer seeing your Theme Park ticket in your nor your husband’s My Disney Experience mobile apps, my suggestion would be to re-link the ticket. To do this, you’ll want to find your vacation confirmation email and look for your ticket’s ID. Once you find it, re-link your ticket by clicking the three lines in the lower right-hand corner of your My Disney Experience mobile app. Then scroll to the bottom and click “Link to Account”, select “Link Tickets or Passes”, and under “Ticket or Pass”, you can add your ticket ID.

If for some reason, your ticket doesn’t come up within the “Tickets and Passes” section of the My Disney Experience mobile app, you’ll want to immediately call the Existing Tickets help desk so a Cast Member can help get your ticket re-linked.

In the meantime, you’ll also want to make sure your family has their Disney Park Pass reservations. If you haven’t already secured them, you’ll need to do so soon because these passes go hand-in-hand with your tickets for entry into the Theme Parks. To create the reservations, select the “+” symbol in the bar at the bottom of the My Disney Experience mobile app (two buttons to the right of the “home” button). Next, select “Make a Park Reservation” and select “Theme Park Tickets”. This will take you to the Theme Park Reservation page where you can select your family’s reservations. Once your ticket is re-linked, you’ll want to create the same reservations for your ticket.

Remember that you can always share your plans between your family’s My Disney Experience mobile apps really easily! To do this, just select your husband’s name within your “Family & Friends List”. Then under “Choose Which Plans [Insert Name Here] Can See” select “All Plans” or “Only Plans We Share”. Then your reservations, tickets, and overall itinerary information will flow through both of your My Disney Experience accounts!
