How can I merge 2 accounts? I'm trying to merge an account with my wife but our recurring issue is that my dad, with my same name, also has an account that merges with hers instead of mine.

    Hey there, Oscar!

Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney! Each of us here on the planDisney Panel are happy to help share our own Disney vacation experiences and tips and to answer your vacation planning questions.

While I love getting geeky and offering tech-savvy tips for making the most of the My Disney Experience mobile app and website app, my best suggestion for your question on merging two accounts is to reach out directly to Disney's Internet Help Desk team at (407) 939-7765. I offer this suggestion because it could be that you are looking to manage a Family & Friends list with Guests (you and your dad) who share the same name. Or it could be that you are seeking to combine two Disney accounts into a single Disney account. The cool Cast Members on the Internet Help Desk team can offer smart guidance based on your specific details.

In general, you can use the "Add a Guest" feature in the "My Family & Friends List" to connect people in your travel group so that you can easily manage group plans. You can add Guests both by sending an email inviting others to connect and by linking to a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation.

It's great to see you are already well into planning for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation later this year. There's so much to see, savor, and enjoy. Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog for updates on what's new and exciting. Also be sure to check out updates on what to "Know Before You Go" for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

Oscar, here's wishing you a fun and wonderful Walt Disney World Resort stay!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
