    Do all merchandise stores at Disney Springs participate in Disney Park Merchandise Delivery or just Disney owned stores?

    Hello, Shannon and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Shopping at Walt Disney World Resort is one of my most favorite things to do, and have to admit that I do so much shopping that I always have to purchase a new suitcase during my visits. It’s that much fun!

    Disney Springs offers an abundance of shopping and a variety of retail stores. My experience has been that all Disney-operated retail stores do offer delivery to your Disney Resort hotel. Upon asking a Cast Member, you will be asked to fill out a form indicating your Disney Resort hotel, name and home address and your packages will be ready for pick-up the next day, typically after 3:00 PM, at your specific Disney Resort hotel Gift Shop. Please be sure to have your receipt with you for your package pick up.

    I inquired about package delivery from non-Disney operated stores and was told that many do offer Disney Resort hotel delivery, but through their own method of delivery, and that, there may be a service fee involved.

    For your convenience, Walt Disney World Resort offers Package Pickup for purchased merchandise as you exit the theme parks, or you can enjoy complimentary delivery to your Disney Resort hotel.
