    Merchandise purchased in parks, are they only delivered to hotel lobby/shop for pick up? I'm staying at Contemporary, Garden wing and was wondering if they deliver to your room? Previously at Port Orleans and had to pick up at merchandise shop. thankyou

    Hello, Beatriz,

    Just like your stay at Disney's Port Orleans, merchandise you send back to your resort will be held for you at one of the gift shops. After your merchandise has arrived at the gift shop, a cast member will call your room to notify you that your merchandise has arrived and where it can be picked up.  At Disney's Contemporary Resort, merchandise in the past has been available for pick up at Bayview Gifts on the 4th floor.
