I have a MEP and a hotel reservation, but I do not see that I am able to make a park reservation for February. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Carolyn! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh Boy! Planning for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is so much fun, but sometimes can seem a little overwhelming. Let's get you all set up and ready for your February visit. Grab your smartphone and let's get to work.

Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Tickets and Passes." Click on the "+" in the top right-hand corner followed by "Link Tickets & Passes." You will enter your Main Entrance Pass information like any other Theme Park Ticket. You can always click "Where is my ID Code?" for guidance. Next, under "Future Plans" I want you to verify your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation stay is listed. If not, scroll to the bottom and tap on the "Link to Account" tab, and select "Type ID." Under "Resort Reservation," enter your confirmation number and the last name on your reservation.

Now, all information required to make your all-important Disney Park Pass Reservations is now linked up. In the app, Click on the "+" sign located at the bottom center of the app. Select "Make or Modify Park Reservations," followed by "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations." This will prompt you to log into your My Disney Experience Account. Once logged in, select "Book Park Reservations" and follow the prompts. Alternatively, after linking your pass and hotel, log into your My Disney Experience account online at Disneyworld.com. Look under "My Disney Experience" and select "Theme Park Reservations." Follow the prompts after you tap on "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations."

Whew, I know this can seem a bit much, but take it one step at a time. If you need further assistance, you can always call the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ Help Center for assistance.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
