The menu for the Epcot Flower show that’s on Dis Parks blog looks amazing! How does that work if at all with the Disney dining plan?

    Hi, Kristin!

I agree with you; the menu for the 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival does look amazing!  Whenever I visit Epcot during one of the festivals, I often forgo a sit-down meal and instead snack the day away at all of the festival booths.  While guests can certainly pay out of pocket for any of the unique festival food and beverage offerings, foodies using a Disney Dining Plan can also put their snack entitlements to good use during the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.

You will be happy to know that many of the festival booth items qualify as a snack on the Disney Dining Plan.  In addition to using their snack entitlements, guests are also permitted to convert their quick-service entitlements to additional snack credits. If you wish to do this while you are at Epcot, a festival food booth Cast Member can convert one quick-service entitlement into three snack entitlements.  However, you must use these three snack credits at the same time and at the same food kiosk.

If you wish to spread out your snack purchases, this is possible.  It just requires a bit of planning ahead.  If you visit the concierge at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel prior to heading to Epcot, they will be able to convert your quick-service meals into snack entitlements.  You will then be free to purchase your snacks as you see fit.

While you are visiting the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, be sure to check out all of the Disney-themed topiaries.  They are beautiful!  Have a magical day!
