When I sailed concierge on the Disney Magic, I was able to request Coca-Cola products for our stateroom refrigerator and apple juice for my son. If you’re sailing in a one-bedroom suite or larger, you can order in-room dining from the main dining rooms. We utilized this perk for breakfast. The Concierge Hosts had us pick our favorites from a menu in the lounge the night before, and our selection of Mickey Waffles, omelets, fruit, and juice was delivered in the morning.
As a Concierge Guest, you’ll receive exceptional service from the Concierge Hosts. They are there to assist you with anything you need during your voyage. You’ll have exclusive access to the Concierge Lounge, where you can enjoy complimentary alcohol in the evening, snacks throughout the day, and a stunning private sun deck. The lounge has a beverage cooler filled with water, soda, and juice for you to take back to your stateroom.
Before you set sail, make sure you've downloaded the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Once connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi, you'll gain access to all the rotational dining menus. But that's just the beginning! The app also serves as your guide to all the exciting activities scheduled for your voyage. If you spot something you don’t want to miss, just tap the heart icon to "favorite" it, and you'll receive a friendly reminder 15 minutes before it starts. This way, you can relax knowing you won't miss out on any of the fun!
