I have the Memory Photo and some of the photos were deleted by mistake. Please tell me I can get them back before its too late!

Hi there Steven, and thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question! I see you recently took a trip to Walt Disney World! I am sure that you have so many cherished memories captured by the wonderful PhotoPass photographers. With Memory Maker, you have access to all of those downloads to cherish and look back on your vacation for years to come!

I have been where you are and found that some of my PhotoPass photos were missing in the past. Never fear, Steven, for you can report missing PhotoPass photos online or contact the PhotoPass Guest Support Team by calling  (407) 560-4300. You will need to provide as many details as possible about when and where the photos were taken and about the people included in the photos. Then, let the PhotoPass team work their magic! My photos were recovered in the past, and I hope yours will be as well! Hopefully, you have treasured photographs of your travel party wearing fun themed masks that you can all reminisce about in the future!

Steven, I hope that this helps ease your mind and recover your treasured memories. Please know that here at planDisney, we are here for you during any step of the planning process, so do not hesitate to come to see us again very soon!

    Say Cheese!
