Memory maker: How does it work with ride pictures/videos? What do I have to do to connect those with my magic band? Also, my husband has bought the memory maker, I am on his family list. Anything else he has to do so that my pictures show up as well? Thx

Hi Renate! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

After many visits to the Walt Disney World Resort without Memory Maker, it is a must-have for our family now. We always come home with hundreds of pictures from our trip. I know you will be glad you have it on your upcoming visit!

With ride pictures and videos, it works one of two ways. Some rides (like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Frozen Ever After) auto-magically link the pictures and videos to your MagicBand! How cool is that? For other rides (like Splash Mountain, Space Mountain and Test Track), you will see your picture on a screen as you exit the attraction and simply need to touch your MagicBand to the Mickey head below the screen to attach it to your My Disney Experience account and Memory Maker.

As long as you are linked to your husband's account where Memory Maker is purchased, you should be good to go! If you are having trouble with your pictures for any reason, feel free to reach out to a Cast Member at a PhotoPass Center during your trip or call (407) 560-4300.

Enjoy your vacation, Renate! Please visit us again with any other questions you may have!
