Hiya Francesca,
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so sorry you are getting conflicting information online. That definitely makes planning vacations a lot harder. My rule of thumb for planning is that if I find it on the Walt Disney World website, then it's good to go, if it comes from another source, always double check.
Speaking of which, I looked at the
website, and if you purchased Memory Maker (provided it is not a one-day Memory Maker), all of your photos taken up to 30 days after you activate it are included. So, your pictures from
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on August 19th would be included if you activate Memory Maker on July 30th! Now, if your Memory Maker was included for free with your theme park tickets, then your window for photos is determined by the length of your theme park tickets. So for example, if you had a 14 day theme park ticket then your
entitlement window for photos is only 14 days. If this scenario applies to you then your Memory Maker would not be active for the party.
I hope this was helpful, Francesca. Before I let you go, to activate Memory Maker, tap one of the first photos you take on July 30th in your Photo Gallery and select the option to activate Memory Maker. If you want to download photos from others in your group, make sure they are linked to your Family and Friends list! The photos of up to 25 Guests can be included with one Memory Maker! Last thing, don't forget to download your photos before they expire (which is 45 days from the time they are taken). Please come back and see us if you have any additional questions!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
