    memory maker tips?

    Hi Julisa!

I love that you are planning ahead and looking for some tips on using Disney’s Memory Maker service. We personally love this service because it allows everyone to get in on the picture! I used to spend a whole lot of time behind the lens but now I find that I am actually in the pictures and I am so grateful to have these pictures to share when my kids grow up.

My first tip for you is to purchase Memory Maker early. If you purchase this early (I recommend purchasing with at least four days before your trip) you can save $20! Think of how many Dole Whips you can buy with that! My second tip is to really take advantage of every photo opportunity that you find. To make the most out of your money you really want to use this to its full potential. Photopass Photographer in front of Cinderella Castle…make sure you stop! Fun ride photo from Test Track…make sure to tap your MagicBand to save the photo! Magic Shot at Disney’s Animal Kingdom…follow the photographer’s suggestions…be cheesy, make a silly face, live it up because when you see that picture it may be the one that you decide to hang on your living room wall! My last piece of advice is to download these pictures immediately after you return from your trip. It is so easy to forget to download them and photos expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken.

The best piece of advice I can give you is to really have fun with these photos. The best photos I have had captured are the ones that we are being silly or the ones that show just  how much in love our family really is! I hope that you have the most magical time!
