If you have Memory Maker, what steps need to be taken at participating rides and restaurants so they know who you are to have the photographers take your picture? Hope that makes sense. Thanks!

    Hi Erin!

So glad to hear that you have purchased Memory Maker! The way it works is that when you see a Disney PhotoPass Photographer (usually wearing khaki vests), you can ask them to snap your photos and then they will scan the Memory Maker card or the MagicBand linked to Memory Maker. On attractions it works differently as you would need to approach the photo counter at the end of each attraction (these usually have the attraction photos on display on surrounding screens) and a Cast Member will scan your photo to Memory Maker.

For more information on how to use Memory Maker, please visit this page: Memory Maker FAQ.

It has been a pleasure assisting you and we hope to hear again from you soon! If I can assist with any other questions, please feel free to send them my way!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
