Hello, Mary!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your Memory Maker question. Can you believe that in less than 48 hours you will be a part of the
50th Anniversary Celebration? I am a little jealous that you will be able to enjoy items from the
50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide. So many delicious entrees, desserts, and cocktails were created just for the celebration. You will find the complete list in the
My Disney Experience Mobile app to enhance your on-the-go celebration.
Memory Maker is my favorite digital product because it allows me to get out from behind my camera and get into all the family photos. When you purchase a Memory Maker, you will need to link it to your My Disney Experience account so that you and your friends and family can add PhotoPass Photos to your account.
Before you activate your Memory Maker, it needs to be linked to your My Disney Experience account. Sign in and click the
My Plans tab. Then scroll down to the
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section and click on the
Tickets & Memory Maker tab, if your Memory Maker is linked, you are all set to add photos to your account when you arrive. Otherwise, click on the +Add More Plans drop-down button and click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. Select
Memory Maker and then enter the confirmation number from your confirmation email and follow the prompts to assign it to yourself. You will see Memory Maker now listed under the
You do not need to set up a start date for Memory Maker in your My Disney Experience Mobile app. Once a Disney PhotoPass Photographer captures your first photo or you ride an attraction with onboard ride photos, you can activate your Memory Maker. To begin the activation, select a recently captured photo and tap it. You will receive a request to activate your Memory Maker, select yes and you are all set. You can continue to add core memories to your Memory Maker account for the next 30 days. During that time you will have unlimited downloads of all your photos. Each photo has its expiration date of 45 days from the date it was taken. You can download your photos all at once online from a laptop or computer. You can also purchase an
Archive DVD or USB loaded with all of your core memories as a backup to your computer download.
Have a magical time and say cheese!
