Hi Belinda,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am happy to discuss the benefits of Memory Maker with you!
When we have dined at
Cinderella's Royal Table and
Be Our Guest restaurants, our PhotoPass photos from those two locations were included in our
Memory Maker package. If you take advantage of the advanced purchase price, I recommend that you purchase Memory Maker at least four days prior to those experiences to be sure the photos will be included in your Memory Maker package.
Your photos will have an expiration date. Check the
photo expiration policy for more details. Our girls' photos with Cinderella are always gorgeous. Our photos with the Beast however, are a different story. He looks like...well...a beast!
Be sure that you link your Memory Maker to
My Disney Experience and you should see your photos in the
mobile app as well. Finally, if you discover that a photo or a group of photos have not populated after some time, check with a PhotoPass cast member and, as long as you know the general location where the photo was taken and the approximate time, the cast member should be able to locate the photo(s) and link it to your account.
Belinda, I trust you will have a magical time! Given the size of your group, be sure you also have dining reservations!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
