    memory maker pictures a year later?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Erin!

    Memory Maker is a great money-saver that allows you to download all your PhotoPass photos taken during your Walt Disney World Resort visit. You have 60 days from when your picture was taken to download it via your My Disney Experience account under My Photos. You may purchase a 15-day extension; however, you must submit this request within your 60-day window before the photos expire. If you are an annual pass holder, you have 365 days to download your PhotoPass photos. Please review the Disney PhotoPass Expiration Policy for more details. 

    If you ever notice you have a photo that has escaped, you can have it researched by submitting a PhotoPass missing photo request. I have had Stitch eat a photo of mine before, and it was able to be found using this helpful tool.
